AllChinaBuy Yupoo Links: Match an Album to the Product Listing
An album photograph is not enough to establish which product a purchase link opens. Keep the album page and the actual sales page as separate sources, then compare the details they visibly share.
This independent guide expands the album-to-listing comparison checklist. Its labels describe the evidence you recorded; they do not authenticate products, endorse sellers or confirm stock.
Record both sides of the connection
Start with the album URL, listing URL, visible item codes, selected options and check date. Leave unavailable details Unknown.
1. Capture the album clues
Save the exact album page URL and a reference to the relevant image or item. Record the seller label, visible item code, caption and colour or size wording where shown.
Distinguish an album title from an item identifier. A short name such as “black jacket” is not unique enough to establish a match.
Keep the original wording next to any personal translation. If a code is only partly readable, record the readable part and flag the uncertainty rather than completing it from memory.
2. Open and record the sales page
Follow the provided product link and record its final destination. Capture the visible seller name or identifier, product ID, selected option, displayed price and check date.
A link that opens a search page or store homepage has not yet identified the exact item. Keep looking through the visible page navigation, or mark the product listing Missing if you cannot establish the connection.
Never treat a shared photograph as proof that an unrelated destination is the intended seller.
3. Compare codes and labels
Create one row for each field: album item code, listing item code, seller label, colour, size and included quantity. Place the two observed values side by side.
Use Agrees, Conflicts or Unknown for each field. A blank on either side is Unknown. Conflicting values should remain visible rather than being replaced by a guessed common value.
A matching code is useful evidence of the page relationship, but it does not establish product authenticity or guarantee that the delivered item will match either page.
4. Check the specific variant
Compare the option you actually intend to select. An album may show several colours while a product page defaults to only one option.
Record the seller's exact size and colour text and whether a quantity or bundle is included. Treat ambiguous option numbers as unresolved until their meaning is clear.
Check whether the album images and listing measurements refer to that variant. Do not copy the size chart of a similar item into the record as though it were the candidate's chart.
5. Use a worked source-match example
Illustrative example: an album shows code H-24 and a navy hoodie. A linked listing also shows H-24, but only a black option is identifiable. Record Agreement for the code and Unknown for the navy variant.
The result is Partial, not a complete match. If a later listing instead shows code H-25, record a conflict and check whether the destination changed.
These codes are invented teaching examples. They do not refer to a verified product or seller.
6. Define the outcome labels
Matched means the required visible fields agree for your recorded comparison. Partial means some evidence agrees but required fields are missing. Missing means you have not established an actual product listing.
Use Conflict when the two current sources disagree. Reserve Changed for a difference from an earlier dated observation; a conflict does not by itself prove a historical change.
Always attach a reason. “Partial: colour option not identified” is more useful than an unexplained green badge.
7. Recheck a changed destination
Before using an older record, reopen both sources. If a destination, code or option changed, keep the earlier value and add a new dated comparison.
Save a proposed replacement URL as a separate candidate. Do not silently overwrite the original album-to-listing connection because a new page looks similar.
If a page cannot be opened, record the observed failure and date. One temporary error does not establish permanent removal.
8. Keep the evidence and purchase decision separate
A documented page relationship is only one part of research. Price, fit, QC evidence, service eligibility and the provider's current terms still need their own checks.
Do not use Matched as shorthand for safe to buy. Record the remaining questions and verify account-specific details through the official service.
When sharing a record, remove account information and personal order screenshots. Include the two source URLs, comparison date, field-level observations and limitations that another reader needs to reproduce your check.
Yupoo source-matching questions
Does the album itself prove seller identity?
No. Record the labels you can see and distinguish them from verified ownership or identity.
What if the product code matches but the colour does not?
Keep the code agreement and colour conflict separate. The exact variant has not been established as a match.
Can a listing photo count as QC evidence?
It is listing imagery. Do not present it as an order-specific warehouse photo without evidence of that connection.
What should I keep when a link changes?
Preserve the original URL and observation, then create a new dated record for the proposed destination.
